My daughter ordered a prom dress from this website and was guaranteed her dress would be here by April 12th. It is now April 16 and no dress and multiple emails sent and no response. We used a debit card to pay and the final bill was 223.00 which I quess we are out the money and my daughter is also out a dress. We went to several stores and could not find anything which made us look at the website. She is a senior so this is her last prom I feel so bad for her and us. I quess the old saying "buyer beware" I dont understand how companies can do this and get away with it, how do consumers know if it is a scam?
Her prom is in a week and a half and no dress.
