The contact information for this $18K, Rustic Shingle roof, installed by Factory Direct Installations, LTD. Rick Oliver, advertising director, Paul Delery Plumbing at 504-467-3591 for the installation of the solar panel on the roof can't be located to service the products. The roof is leaking as well as the solar panel. All numbers and websites refer me to other websites or just can't be located. The company has other locations, like Shreveport, La. however, the number is also disconnected. Their product is suppose to be warrantied, however, the company again can't be located to honor the warranty.

i have been informed and have allowed another company to repair the roofing on my home. the factory direct company, as i understand, is no longer the contractor of choice for the Classic Products Inc installation or repair. i was verbally informed that factory direct was not installing the roofing shinges correctly, that they used mininal clips to hold the shingle on the roof, which allow these shinges to become dislodge under some windy conditions below the standards of the warranty.

i believe it is classic metal roofing systems
