Please someone help me. Steve Todd Lanni has not ever shipped my spa to me nor given me a much needed refund. I am very poor at this time and am in big trouble. I really need a refund. I purchased the spa from ebay and paid for it via cashiers check 01092006 and never got anything and just a series of excuses and vague threats from Steve. Please help me.
