I first entered into an agreement with Fair Lending Review LLC on 10/13/2009 for a fee of $3000.00 I was initially contacted by Mr. Colin Cobb in regards to performing a forensic audit on my current home loan to use in conjunction to negotiate with my mortgage lender. I was then promised I could check status throughout the negotiating period, and for me not to have contact with my lender. I submitted two payment of $1500.00 on 10/16/09 and 11/09/09. I was then transferred to their processor which I began communication with Ms. Tricia Hanson. After submitting all the documents they required and receiving confirmation of payments and documentation. I was then promised on 11/11/09 that a loan specialist Ms. Maryann Chanel would begin negotiating with my lender. After a few weeks passed, I tried contacting FLR several times to check status, and finally received an email from Ms. Hanson on 11/29/09 to contact Ms. Chanel directly which she never responded to the voice messages left. The email on 11/29/09 is the last time I had any contact with anyone from FLR after multiple emails and voice messages left. Mr. Cobb number has been disconnected, Ms. Chanel number has been forwarded to the main line which the mailbox is full, and Ms. Hanson number does not return any calls. Warning!!! Theses people are scammers and I plan to under the advice of my legal services to file a claim against what I believe was fraudulent or misleading with the California States Attorney, California DRE, Better Business Bureau, and begin legal proceedings. I happy I didn't take their advice and my mortgage payment is current with just a few late fees.
