I need HELP NOW, dirty A'holes Fairbanks Capitol Corp, is trying to forclose on my home . I recieved a letter, not Certified in the mail (sat) Jan11, 2003, which stated thier are forclosing on my home, because i am behind 2,553.00, which is NOT true, they have giving me 30 days to pay it or else WE are homeless. I have tryed to contact them by phone to no avial, NO-ONE is answering the d**n phone!!!! I contacted a lawyer. I will not be threatend by these people, nor intimidated. They have to be stoped.
