You worthless piece of trash do you work for Fairbanks or do you find joy in everyone else's pain and misfortune's. If you don't have compassion or a conscious don't come to this site and further make the victims of Fairbanks feel any less than you are. I am a victim of Fairbanks and have been for a year now maybe I'll include you in the lawsuit right below Fairbanks for harrassment and discrimination.GROW UP!!!

This freak is a worthless piece of trash. The original author came here looking for suggestions, and gets needlessly attacked. What is even more perplexing is the Editor allows this waste of time. I understand Freedom of Speech, but this does not equate harassement, stalking and disturbing the piece. If he or she would behave in the same manner in a public place, they would handcuff the son of a b***h, in the bat-of-an-eye. This person is stupid, and I only pray the original author has not given up on researching a possible solution.

This site and service is run by the American Mortgage Association of America. They want to put a full stop to abusive lending and the unjustified treatment of homeowners. Please consider reviewin what they might have to offer. The other is the Federal Trade Commsion=202-326-2222 or www.consumer.gov, they might have more information to offer, in assisting you to find a way out of this situation.

You will see that Steve is NOT the first person that Fairbanks has done this to! There are probably many more instances of this, but I am not inclined to do your homework for you.

I do wonder why you keep it up with the unconstructive attacks on victims on this site. If it the thrill of attacking, that makes you a sadist. If you truly enjoy the many flamings you have received on this site, that makes you a masochist. If you enjoy BOTH, that makes you a sado-masochist. I am unsure of your motives for these continued inane postings, but if you have nothing constructive to offer, CAN IT!

I DO have an interest in seeing that the victims of Fairbanks and other unethical companies get help, but when I try to read a post, there YOU are like a stinky fart, smelling everything up! I am a huge believer in being able to air one's opinion in an open forum. I would fight for your right to do that. You are trying to blame the mortgage company, but c'mon brutha, how could you not notice for TWO MONTHS that your automatic payments had not gone through? Didn't you wonder, if even just for one second, why you had so much more money in your bank account all of a sudden? And did you ever once contact the mortgage lender to make payment? Obviously, NO you did not. So to place ALL the blame on the mortgage lender is totally uncalled for, since SOME of the blame does indeed lie with you!
