I read your report and have posted my experience with Fairbanks at an earlyier report. I have been checking this website to see if others in the state of Georgia are haveing problems with Fairbanks. I filed Chapter 13 3 years ago and am almost clear. Fairbanks however, have tried three times to take my home, by continueing to hold payments and not post till after they show past due. (I send all payments overnight with signed receipts when they received payment) Payments sent to them by the trustee are being put in suspense and not going the the principal or interest that was in arrears when first fileing chapter 13. The trustee shows one balance oweing them and they show a much larger balance. My biggest fear is when the bankruptcy has cleared they will come back and say I'm in arrears again. If anyone would like to see about a class action suit-I'm in.
Thanks
