I've read a lot of complaints on this site and have filed a few myself. I'm tired of reading them and filing them. I want to hear from anyone who is willing to join a class action lawsuit against these crooks. I'll find the attorney and do all the leg work.

If you're interested in starting this suit with us, we need to hear from you immediatly. Part of joining this lawsuit will be the need to help with the retainer. There are a lot of people on this site claiming to want a class action lawsuit started and now is the time for all of you to act.

Greg:

Count me in on a class action lawsuit. I have had horrible trouble with these people for years. It is too detailed and complicated to go into other than they have done the same things to me as everyone else here. In addition, one of their favorite tricks is to change my mailing address, say they have sent me notices and then either charge me late fees and/or threaten foreclosure. I am actually on my way to my attorney's office today to bring her all of my document's, which are over an inch thick. Please feel free to contact me.
