I needed to get commercial financing. Traditional Bank told they are not able to have my loan done.( Pacific Continental Bank)
They refer me to a hard money lender. Charging 13% interest with twenty thousand dollars closing cost. Where five thosand went back to referring Broker???? Thanks for the refferal. Why work and do the loan when you can refer client over and make five grand???
charge me fee upfront of 1500 dollars. Sent some guy to look at my property to tell me that I am not qulify for their loan programm. For one week I called everyday to get my 1500 back. was told that money was send and they weren't. One week later I recieved only one thousand dollars. i was told that they charge me 500 dollars to send a guy to look at my property. I asked for some report of his research. I was told that I can't do that either.
