I too was told the same EXACT thing by a "MARK SPEARS" and a "TERRY FINKEL"!!! They scammed me out of almost 1300 dollars! I am reported them to every government agency as well! These kind of people should go to jail for a LONG LONG LONG TIME and if I have my way this WILL happen!!!

DO NOT USE FAIRWAY LENDING!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!
