I was contacted by Brian Ellis from Fairway Lending Group and told for 5% down I could receive a $100,000.00 business loan. I wired the money to Melanie Sumner. The next day I received a phone call from Terry Finkle indicating that the lender had decided that I had to put 10% down to secure the loan, I sent another $4,620.00 to the same person and have now found out this is a scam.
