On March 11 2017 I ordered a hat on fallenherosbracelets.com and never received it. I used my credit card which was charged 32.95. I have repeatedly tried to contact them thru multiple websites but have stopped because it's nothing more than a game. I have found that the owner of the site is Michael Friedman of Seattle Washington but he will not answer my emails, texts, or phone calls. They act like a charitable non profit organization but are nothing more than a rip off organization. Do Not order off this site! Ben Kansas City MO

This idiot was informed more then once of a 7 to 14 day processing time frame and a 3 to 6 week lead time on hats. Learn to read. Learn to communicate. Pathetic.
