Fallin tractor bad boy mowers refuses to make it right Magnolia, Arkansas

I purchased a bad boy mower and it was not built right to specs from factory it has been at fallen tractor for 2 weeks they had tried numerous things to patch it up and get me to except it. I have spoke with bad boy mowers company and they advised me that the mower should be returned back to the factory for replacement, but for some reason fallen tractor refuses to do so. I feel that bad boy mowers is a good product and the company is as good as any but the bottom line is the dealer comes first and then the customer! It is sad to know that you can pay 6 thousand dollars for a mower that is welded up out of spec and you have to just live with it. WHATS HAPPEN TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!
