Family Contact 911 ildteleservices.com indivdual consumer. Bill of $15.95 was added to my ATT bill. Internet

I received a bill for $15.95 on my ATT account. I did not knowingly sign up for what was called "FamilyContact911".  When contacting these scam artist I found that they had my name, address, and date of birth. They could not tell me how they received the information, except someone using my name. They could not tell what web-site they received the information from. I was couldn't believe the
massive numbers of complaints against Family Contact 911 on the internet. Just another reason for checking one's bills more closely.
