This company is only registered in Las Vegas but they prey on people in California as they are both located in San Clemente.  They convince people who are in financial trouble and on the brink of foreclosure to allow them to help them.  They have them homeowner sign over the title to the property to a trust they control over to a trust they own and control.  They promise the homeowner if they do not get the modification results that they will return title back to them but they never do.  Homeowners are forced to foreclose.
