I also ordered the HD Dashcam from Family Safety Supply Austrailia through an advertisement on Facebook and never received any product. The oreder was placed in Septmeber 2017. It is March 2018 and nothing. The worst thing to me is i kept checking my credit card statement and never saw the charges appear so I forgot about it but I just went back through the past several months of statemens and there was that charge that at first I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was for. I only ordered 2 and my card was charged 58.00 US. So live and learn, never again will i order anything from an AD on Facebook.
