family t mobile family t mobile is a ripoff el dorado ca

Ive had family t mobile for 4 months i recently went to a verizon store to get new phones and have my number switched over to new phone..i pay my bill monthly its a month to month service...i get a bill for 129.09 i didnt even use my phone from nov 9th and they are charging me for all of nov and part of december...why would i even be charges if i ported my number over. when i called them they said had no record i wanted to cancel my service i did call them..but if i dont have a phone number through you how are you going to charge me? going to better businees bureau with this..this company is a big rip off and wont deat with there customers to make it right dont get phone service through them at walmart.
