I ordered a Minka Aire Concept II Flush44 fan on 25 January, 2008 and as of 20 May, 2008 the fan has not been delivered and I have not been notified of an expected delivery date. I attempted to contact Fan Shack via e-mail and telephone but have received no response. I was able to get ext 2092 on the telephone once but was told they would call their warehouse in Houston, TX but I was never contacted back.
They have cheap prices that come with a cost.
