Fantom Vacs - Europro ripoff, after contact they promised UPS pick-up of in-op Vaccums (2) that was two weeks ago,deceiving Plattsburgh New York
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Bought two vaccums on HSN (home Shopping Network) ;both broke after 1st use ! HSN wanted no part of me ,told me to call manufacturers. Did so and learned I could NOT receive rebate but after bearing the freight charge back to N.Y. ;they would consider replacing them. After insisting with a supervisor that they pay the return shipping fee , he said he'd have UPS call me to let me know when they'd pick them up. That was two weeks ago. Have not heard anything! Help?
