We ordered 8 Nellie Stevens Holly shrubs at $16.92 each because we ordered over 5. Upon arrival, one of the shrubs was dead and had only 2 leaves on a stem, both black. I had a terrible time contacting these people, it is voice mail and they send you all over the place. I resorted to an email.

They responded with a $12.92 coupon for the dead shrub and told me I could use it in 48 hours. When I attempted to use the coupon, they listed the shrub at $19.95,plus $1.20 tax and minus the coupon, and believe it or not, postage in the amount of $12.69, making a total of $20.92 for a replacement they charged $19.95 for one and should have been $16.92 for the replacement because we ordered over 5.

I told them to take the coupon and put it where the sun don't shine. Never again will we order from these people. They are fraudulent and deceiving.

I have had poor customer service with this company also. You should file complaints. The more this company gets, maybe they will change and do right or go out of business. File with the Charlotte BBB, the Federal Trade Commission, and with their State Attorney office in North Carolina. All can be found on the intranet. Lets stop theses companies from taking advantage.
