I purchased a month of washes,complete with inside and out cleaning. I paid with my card and was given a credit card receipt  but no mention was ever made that I just signed up for a recurring charge. I was not given the colorful brochure with the info even after I went to place to try to get a refund for the second month. The guy who told me pointed right to the stuff that was all new to me. "pro-rated" ( I purchased on the 23rd of January and on February the February charge appeared. I phoned and phoned and no answer until I tried the one across town. The guy who answered there told me I could file a complaint or dispute with my card company. So I went to the place i bought the service and searched around, eventually being led to the front of the place where a guy was sitting in the van under a tree,away form all activity. At least it explains why the phone never got answered. He ran over to the cash register toward the back of the business never once saying a thing to me. Not one word. I followed and it was sort of odd that i the customer had to chase aftera guy who should maybe have spoken to me but I guess not. He waved their colorful brochure with the terms and conditions ( I assume. I NEVER DID GET A COPY. ALL I EVER GOT AS PROOF OF MY PURCHASE WAS A PAPER RECEIPT AND A BARCODE ON MY WINDSHILD.) He waved it ynder my nose and pointed to some words and siad something about "pro-rated" and No Refunds! If i had known it was recurring i'd never have purchased it. If I was happy with the service I would have considered re-upping. Too bad it was poor wash and the last wash i got convinced me i wouldn't buy it again. At least not of my own volition. 

I feel like i got the bums rush having never been told the charge was recurring AND never getting the brochure , even as I was informed charges are pro-rated. I am amazed that no copy of the terms were givento me. I just figured well , I bought a month of washes. Cool. Then sand bagged for another month of charges for what I feel is an inferior wash. The windshiled gets wiped down but the towels they wipe the windshild down with are the same ones they just wiped the wheel well with and now the windows are streaked. Difficult to see purchasing naother month after that happened 3 times in a row.

So I didn't present my case well enough to have my credit card side with me. I did a better job here. I have a month of washes I won't use and will warn everyone not to patronize the business. I would have just said , I'm not going to buy another month and been done with it but I think I was tricked because I wasn't told it was going to be a recurring and because i never got a copy of the brochure telling me about that fact. So as they say bad things that are said travel faster than good things and i have only bad to say about this business.
