Fast Response Heating and Cooling Canceled Appointments, Slow Service, Rude Staff grove city Ohio

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. Depending on Tish's mood for the day, you may or may not get an appointment scheduled. She has rescheduled me five times now (I've been waiting over a month at this point) and every time I talk to her she plays dumb and pretends it's the first time she's hearing from me and I never had any appointments scheduled before. Try to talk to her manager or an owner and she claims she doesn't even know who they are, so I guess that's how she still has a job. HORRIBLE COMPANY, would never have put up with this if I wasn't forced to by my warranty company.
