I found fast teks on line and have been using them for some time now. It seemed I was calling them every two months for viruses. I found out they were putting a virus in my pc of my business that was time delayed. So every two months my pc was all bad. I will see them in court and have already contacted the better business bureau. These people are con artist!!

Im so sorry you have had so many problems with your computer. It is Fast-teks standard procedure to make sure all clients are protected by updated and active antivirus software before leaving a clients home or business, so it would be impossible for any virus to not be detected immediately. I am concerned to think that you didnt get the top-notch service we offer all of our clients, and I am more than happy to offer you a full refund if you would like to contact me.
Currently, I am not showing anyone we serviced within 50 miles of Temecula this year by the name of Kevin, and Im aware that many of our competitors have similar sounding names to Fast-teks. Was it perhaps a different service? In either case, we would like to make sure you get taken care of. Please contact me with a copy of your invoice(s), and I'd like to help you in any way possible.

This is in response to the posted complaint of " putting a virus in my pc of my business that was time delayed."? This accusation is highly unlikely and unfounded if not ridiculous If you are running any anti virus program free or otherwise, then it would have been deleted right away and not gone undetected for 2 months! All Fast-teks customers we service have by the end of the service call a Anti Virus program of some kind as we insist on it. We never leave a computer exposed in such a way. Please feel free to contact me so I know who you are as I have not serviced anyone by the name
of Kelvin since March of 2010!
