I have added a complaint on Global Health & Fitness and Chad Tackett... But the complaint is about his new company that he didn't register with BBB of Oregon so the consumer can't see all the ugly complaints against his new company Fast Track To Fast Loss. The sites are still linked together and Chad Tackett owns both .. they take money that don't belong to them from you bank account.. the lowest form of animal...

I have tried many e-mail addresses I have gotten from my "trainer" Brad Quist.

I thought I was getting a free trial and even told Brad the first time he contacted me that I had surgery and cannot exercise. Still cannot.

For the past four months a fee of $ 97.00 has been taken out of my account.

I already belong to Lifetime Fitness and for my husband and I take take advantage of all their great facilities it is only $89.00 per month.

I have also called a number I found on Google and have not heard back.

I think this is a hoax and I want a refund for being misled and I want this "subscription" cancelled.

Money taken without my knowledge

The same thing has happened to me at least twice .two separate charges to my credit card were put on by this company without my knowledge.$101 and 99.98.

I never signed on for this and have contacted my credit card company and have left emails with the company.I have asked them to refund the money on my credit card and shall see how fast they act.

Not a good way to do business.Sneaky.Beware everyone

No one has paid me or offered me any special offer to write this rebuttal.  I write of my own free will and accord.

Steve, I am sorry that you have had this experience with Fast Track to Fat Loss.  I suspect that it is an isolated incident.  (The other two reports you mention are for Global Health.)

I first heard of Fast Track in the fall of 2008 and became a member in Feb., 2009. My experience with them has been extremely positive. Working with Chad and my personal trainer, Brad, has helped me to loose over 40 pounds of fat and decrease my body fat percentage by over 15%!

It saddened me when in late 2009 I had to cancel Gold membership due to financial struggles.  Chad was very understanding and immediately stopped taking money from my bank account.  Fast Track has continued to be an important part of my life and I continue to be 100% satisfied with their services.

It was obvious that Chad had been reading ALL my Fast Track blogs, and had looked at my posted photo albums.  He took the time to write personal e-mails and always responded to my questions and concerns.  He was genuinely interested in me as an individual and I never felt like I was just another source of a few dollars for his business.  In October, 2009, I had the opportunity to meet Chad and several on the Fast Track team.  Their passion for wanting to help those of us who need help in experiencing a healthier lifestyle was evident.

Steve, would you consider giving Chad and Fast Track a second chance?  I am confident that you would be able to have the same positive experience with them as I have had.

There are two other listed complaints against Chad Tackett on this very site... how come my complaint is the only one with so many Chad lovers posting on it... how come you all don't post on the other 2 complaints... not one post...you cowards can call me names and say I am a liar...but not the other completely unknown people that filed a complaint with the BBB against Chad..you are fed what to say.. I will tell you why cause I got Chad mad... this proves he takes his revenge out on those who truly make him mad.....

Keep talking people... you all are making this look so personal against me...you are showing people .... in America you can't file a complaint with out the full weight of harassment by Fast Track To Fat Loss members and owners...you are not showing them a good company doing it this way... you are saying this is what happens when you piss us off... now who is doing more harm to Fast Track me for filing a complaint or you all for showing all that come here... If Chad don't like you you get harassed and it goes on and on and on.... like I said their are 2 other complaints from 2009 on this very website about Chat taking membership money he wasn't entitled to....but not one of you have posted on those 2 posting.. this shows the world how petty and small you all are ... Chad remember we are in America ... people do have the legal right to complain... and it's also against the law to harass someone that filed a BBB with their State Attorney Generals Office...

You made a very bad business call by having everyone here from Fast Track posting and don't say they did it on there own I wrote you a email where I was posting here... BBB... State of NC Attorney Generals Office and FTC... So don't tell me they were smart enough to stumble  across this website lol

You all have proved my case to anyone reading all this stuff... don't piss them off at Fast Track To Fat Loss.. or they come after you.. yeh... what a great company to do business with ...have fun all I am finished responding and /or defending why I filed....

I cannot imagine this taking place as I have been a member of Fast Track since the beginning stages in 2009.  Chad and his team have gone above and beyond the call of duty.  I canceled my GOLD membership a couple months back and have had NO issues with additional monies being taken from my account.  The only reason for me canceling my GOLD membership is I do not need a Personal Trainer at this time.

Chad and his team are caring folks and it is a shame this is even taking place.

My own experience with Fast Track to Fat Loss

Hello,

I can't say what Steve's experience was.  I can only describe my own.  I've been a Fast Tracker from the moment of its inception.

I had a technical problem with my laptop when I first enrolled which forced me to "refresh" my screen.  The end result, I was charged twice.  FT also sent me the cd twice.  I immediately contacted Chad to advise him of the situation and I offered to send back one of the cd's (I'm honest).

Chad simply refunded me and told me to hold on to the second cd.  He didn't want me to have to incur any additional charges.  In other words, I made a mistake, but Chad just forgave me and refunded me.

It's unfortunate that Steve did not get a good experience with FT, but I'm certain that it was due to circumstances.  Fast Track to Fat Loss is a fantastic website that re-unites people with similar goals and helps us strive for them.  It contains a wealth of knowledge, experience and support and they continually work to improve the website. 

I hope that this one bad report does not deter others from an experience that is so positive and has truly changed my life (for the better)!

I have worked with Chad and the Fast Track to Fat Loss site for the past two years.  Chad operates his company with professionalism and integrity.  I have never had a negative experience.  Any questions, comments or concerns I have ever had have been handled truthfully and timely.  He displays a passion for his work and a true caring attitude for his customers.

When I read your original report I'll need to say I was stunned. Stunned wondering what the 'rest of the story' was and stunned you would put into words what you did. I don't know what happened, but if something did happen it looks to me that communication fell through. 


I say that as I joined Fast Track when it was first open to the public early in 2009. I have since met Chad Tackett and have spent some time with he and his coworkers on two different weekend Fast Track events. Chad has a gift in vision for everyone's better health and is using that vision to help others. He hires competent and compassionate people who will live up to his expectations as to what Fast Track should be and is. A complaint like yours would rarely happen as Chad will go out of his way to make everything right in an honest way.

I teach school and in using our technology we will some days have problems where there isn't the working technology that needs to be used with the lesson plans we have created. With those problems at school I can believe there is the possibility that a problem could have occurred with technology in a business. Please take the time to report a problem kindly so it can be worked out. Anger like what I read in the original report just won't be going anywhere. Chad is a wonderful role model in how to run a business.

I don't know what you are talking about.  I have been a member of Fast Track since February of 2009 and they (and Chad) are awesome.  I have lost weight, and have become so much healthier, and it is all thanks to Fast Track.  How you can possibly say that this site is a rip off is totally incomprehensible to me.  


The only thing you are doing here is hurting a reputable web site whose only goal is to help people to live healthier lives.  I for one, am so happy that I found this web site, and will be forever grateful, to Chad, Kim and the gang.

I have been a member of Fast Track since it started in February of 2009. Fifty of us just returned from a retreat in San Diego where we experienced the famous Mud Run.

 Chad is our fearless leader and is the kindest,most honorable person I have the privilege of knowing. I have never had a problem with my account and I know if I did it would be dealt with immediately and fairly.

Fast Track has had a very positive impact on my life and my health and I 'm a better person for it. Chad and his experienced personal coaches are truly a blessing and I will be there for them as they have supported me on my journey to better health.

Global Health & Fitness and Fasttrack To Fat Loss are legit

I was a member of Global Health & Fitness (GHF) for 18 months and received nothing but good service and personal attention, much to my satisfaction. All the claims were factual with the only missing ingredient being client participation. In my transition from GHF to Fast Track To Fat Loss (FT), I was a member of both for a 6 month period without incident. When I finally chose to just use FT's services, GHF was not only stopped payment when requested, but also provided me with 3 additional months of free membership, in the event I would change my mind. I am still a FT member and still receive exemplary service from any of the FT staff I interact with.
No service is perfect, but I am impressed by the quick response FT staff deal with any situation that may arise and the due diligence being exercised, not only in correcting the issues, but improving the process to limit it's re-occurrence.

I am shocked, truly, truly shocked!  Knowing Chad Tackett and being with Fast Track since it originally launched, I can honestly say this is the most reputable and honest company on the web.  I have seen Chad bend over backwards to make sure people are taken care of and DON'T feel ripped off.  These accusations are unjustified and obviously a result of some misunderstanding.  I know without question that great efforts were made to assist this customer.  Every member who comes onto this site is treated with the same respect and service...this is very upsetting to know that someone would be so cruel and false...and WHY?  I just don't get it!  Chad, you're awesome, and you have an amazing company with members who appreciate everything Fast Track brings them.

Fast Track IS a reputable company

I have been a very satisfied member of Fast Track To Fat Loss (FTTFL) for the past 16 months (ever since they went public).  I have found FTTFL to have the UTMOST integrity and sincerity with full accountability and transparency to its customers.  I know of many satisfied customers and honestly have NEVER heard a disparinging word. 

The complaint offers nothing in regard to attempts to resolve, etc.  This appears to be a one-sided attack and in my opinion, carries no merit. 

I highly ENDORSE Fast Track To Fat Loss and consider Chad Tackett one of the most honest and reputable men I know. 

Finally, the Fast Track system works ... I am living proof.

I have a hard time believing that anything this person is writing to be true.

I am a member of Fast Track to Fat loss since the company started and was a member of Global Health & Fitness since 2004. In the past 6 years Chad and his company have always been up front with the amount they charge and have never over charged my account.  In 2006 I became pregnant and stopped my membership with Global Fitness and a simple email to Chad was all that was needed for him to stop charging my account. I have never had a negative experience with Chad and his Companies and actually find him and his group to be extremely honest, upfront and truthworthy.

Because of the Chad's truthworthiness and the amazing program that he runs is the reason I decided to come back and sign up again. To this date, I have not had any issues with any of his companies.  This is 6 years going strong.

I think this person is trying to get some sort of compensation and all these allegations, in my opinion, are FALSE.

Complaint about money taken out of my account!

When I first joined Fast Track To Fat Loss in February of 2009--I was alittle shocked when I saw that they took $97.00 out of my account, because I misunderstood & thought it was to be $27.00  I immediately sent a complaint to Chad & he replied immediately & explained that the $97 dollars was a 1 time charge and sent the proof to me that indeed that was what the paperwork said--& then apoligized for my misunderstanding and asked if he could give me the following month for FREE to make up for MY misunderstanding!  WOW!  Since that time, Chad has given me MANY things for FREE for getting involved in the program and helping others to use the website to it's fullest!  Infact, I have nothing but good to say about Chad & the Fast Track To Fat Loss Program!  It goes above and beyond anything that you could imagine to work for you!  My personal trainer calls me and puts her all into making sure that I reach my goals.  Chad's wife Jody has been there for me through MANY emotional issues. I have developed a work-out program that suits me and just keeps becoming more fun & challenging all the time!  The Meal Plans are so awesome to keep me on track!  And best of all--IT ISN'T A DIET!!  IT'S A NEW LIFESTYLE that can work for ANY & EVERYONE!!  I went from a size 14 to a size 4 in less then 6 months, lost 14% Body Fat & over 24 inches in all less then 6 months!  The Fast Track community (family) is irreplaceable with support, encouragement & advice!  I could not possibly ask for more for a mere $27.00 a month!!!   Thank-you!  EnergizerCindy

It is a shame to see someone post such a negative feedback without any concrete evidence displayed.  I have been a member of the Fast Track to Fat Loss website for over a year and have switched credit cards with no problem.  I have not EVER been overbilled nor has Chad or any of the Fast Track employees taken money from me.

I did not know Chad previous to joining the Fast Track to Fat Loss website, but have since met him in person.  I can say that he is one of the most caring individuals that I have met and works tirelessly trying to help people succeed in their lives.  He and his staff are honest individuals that work with people all over the world - myself included.

For anyone else reading the complaint author's rant, I would disregard it completely as it is not true.  It appears that they are just trying to spread false rumors to try to hurt a good person like Chad.  Perhaps they are bitter for their own life, but what they are saying are simply not true.

Are You Sure We're Talking About The Same Company?????

Steve, I am not an employee of Fast Track but I am one of the first members, and often work closely with new members.  On the rare occasion that someone is unhappy for whatever reason, Chad has always been willing to work with them, even if they have already used the service.  He is one of the most honest and caring people that I know, and I hate to see you saying those things about him.  He puts his heart and soul into Fast Track and shows.

 

Although there arent many details in your report, it sounds like a mistake was made and you believe you cancelled your membership only to have another fee hit your credit card. Im not personally involved and have no knowledge of what transpired, but I certainly hope that you tried to resolve the problem before resorting to this.

 

Because of the nature of the service (Fat Loss), a lot of a persons success is going to depend on their own effort.  Some people like an Internet-based support system, while others prefer having a real person to contact.  Fast Track is not for everyone, which is OK.  Whats not OK is trashing a persons reputation when they have such a fantastic product.  Im just sorry that you felt it had to come to this.

No "stolen" money

I have been a member of Fast Track To Fat Loss since January of 2009 and have never had any money stolen from my account.

I have had nothing but great results by following the meal and exercise plan, and have lost 14% body fat to date.

I feel the small monthly fee for the gold membership is a good value.

I know the silver membership is free and does not require any bank or credit card information to join.

I have no clue what this person filing this report is talking about.

I am not really sure what this guy is talking about.  Fast Track to Fat Loss is the best fitness and weight loss site I have ever belonged to.  I have been using this site since it began.  My trainer and accountability coach have helped me lose 36 pounds.  Kudos to this company for CARING about their clients and their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Is this guy's complaint even real?  It sounds fake to me.

I have been a member of Fast Track since it started in Feb 2009.  I did NOT know Chad Tackett previous to joining.  I have been actively involved and interactive on the site ever since. Over the last year and a half, I have also gotten to know Chad via MANY emails and even phone calls. FAST TRACK IS THE MOST SUPPORTIVE FITNESS SITE I KNOW OF!!!!!

I just returned yesterday from San Diego where over 50 Fast Trackers from all over the USA and Canada attended.  We even had members come from Ireland and New Zealand!  We love  Fast Track, Chad and the trainers AND each other so much we wanted to meet in person.  This is the 2nd Retreat we have had. 

Chad Tackett is truly one of the most giving, helpful, honest, generous, caring and compassionate people I have ever met.  He has a true passion to help people get healthier and fitter.  Our members range from people who are super fit to those who need to lose over 100 lbs.  But everyone is supportive of everyone...no matter what!

GO TO THE WEBSITE YOURSELF AND READ THE BLOGS.  These are written by Fast Track members.  I can guarantee you that for this one negative comment, you will find ONE THOUSAND positive comments about Chad and Fast Track.

Any time there ever was a "glitch", Chad always responded ASAP to help fix it.  NO SITE is glitch free....it is how you handle the glitches that shows the character of the company and the people behind it.

I hope the BBB WILL call me if they need to check this out because it is sad that one disgruntled can put out this negative comment and could possibly stop someone from joining a fantastic Fitness Group which could be the beginning of changing their life.

In just read a report dragging FastTracktofatloss.com through the mud. I really take offense to this because I have been a member of the site since it was brought Public in February 2009.

I joined the day FastTrack went Public and have been nothing but pleased with the site and the people that work for the site. When ever there was a problem with billing or anything else they were fast to correct the problem and did so with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
The program works if you do what they say, I have lost 50# in a year and have plans for about 10 more and I know I will get there.
I do not know the person who wrote this, but I do know the people from the site and I really, even in my wildest dreams, can not see this being true, not even a little bit. I even personally know of multiple people where FastTrack has helped members when they were having troubles so they could continue using the services.
Sounds to me like this person has an ax to grind and is making wild, outlandish accusations just to try and hurt the site that is helping so many!! Such a shame!

I have been a Fast Track customer since the day this website launched. I will be happy to argue that this is one of the most HONEST and REPUTABLE sites I have ever dealt with. The claim that this gentleman has made is so overblown that it is actually laughable. I know for a fact that every dollar he ever spent on Fast Track was refunded to him with numerous personal apologies from Chad. Funny how he left that out of his report. It's sad how some people feel the need to vindictively take down others without being completely honest about the facts. I will be a Fast Track member for LIFE. This is an upstanding company with a very trustworthy and honest owner. I am just one of thousands of people who have Chad's back on this!
