Beware! Do not under any circumstances work for Fast Track Urgent Care Center. The company is solely owned by Daron G. Diecidue, who runs the organization like his own little fiefdom with the help of his Gunga Din-like short boy Paul Nanda. Diecidue treats employees horribly, promoting an environment of snitching, tattling, and undercutting each other in order to impress the boss. Employees will complain about the most innocuous and trivial things and they do this because he fosters and rewards such behavior. It is an environment of "watch your back" because someone is always attempting to stick a knife in it (figuratively speaking of course).

Diecidue also only values providers (doctors, ARNPs, and PAs), all others he pays peanuts. The providers make between $93,000 and $175,000 annually, while the rest of the staff is purposely underpaid as a strategy. Further, the turnover rate at FTUC is horrendous. The only positions that don't have significant turnover, is the providers because they are paid well and provided an employment contract. Diecidue is very unprofessional and almost never follows his manual when it comes to organizational discipline. Rather, he ignores policy and procedure and just fires people predicated upon false allegations and rumor. He has a little management group he utilizes much akin to the "Knights of the Round Table". Diecidue actually uses Carol the Office/HR Manager, Toni the Project Manager and others as his "Secret Police". They will engage in secret investigations in order to find some pretense to fire an employee, engage in developing rumors, false allegations, and other dirty tricks.

Diecidue admittedly has succeeded in spite of himself. But this is a false belief. He has been successful so mistakenly he believes his is doing everything correctly, when in fact he is not. The success he has experienced then supports his false conclusion that he is doing all the right things. It seems this business type can succeed even with poor organizational management, but with good fiscal management. However, in the end, this type of environment is not self-sustaining and will collapse.

If I sound angry, you betcha I am! People are unhappy if they have been treated unfairly or inequitably, and I am no exception. Not only does Diecidue engage in demeaning and humiliating employees, he actually enjoys his little power trip it seems. The fact of the matter is, that what goes around, comes around, and Diecidue will bear the fruits of his foolishness. So take my advice or not, it's your call, but don't say I didn't attempt to warn you if you decide to work there!
