Fastcomet Hosting scam bad company horrible service Internet

Fastcomet is the worse hosting provider I have had so far I believe this company is scam and a place where Hackers can so what they want with your personal information there is staff is not train to deal with clients properperly.

I sign up with fastcomet and paid 83.40$ USD a few months ago after seeing a reviews online on how this company has a good customer service and also they advertise that they will install your theme on your website. At first everything was good they install my first theme but my websites was very slow to load and i was receiving emails that my website was down! when I bought a seconde theme for an onlineshop I ask if they can install it for me like the demo like they did for my first website, one of there staff name Will.S told me that he coun't do it because of too many "personalized reconfigurations" they left my website half done and told me they coun't do anything I had to install it myself after watching a video and it was pretty easy. it didn't need any "personalized reconfigurations" but after a couple of days I had a login with a blank white page on my website. I coun't get any access I try login in and coundn't so I went on chat and spoke to James white who told me that's not there hosting faults it has from my website and ask me why I have a login on my website. He didn't offer any help anything and told me to send a ticket after I've send the ticket explaining to them what is happening giving the the website name Will.S reply he need my website name. after all information was givin to him I went back to chat to ask for a way to reach to there superior and James white again was online and he didn't give any supervisor name anything after asking him several times, I send many ticket but the only person replying and closing my ticket was Will.S I asked to speak to another satff but he still replied to me ignoring my request to speak to another staff.

now my website is very messed up I needed these site for my online shop I don't know if there was hosting services is secure from hackers it looks to me that I was speaking to the same person over and over again I have all my personal information on there, after my site was set up they told me that my website was infected and it could happen again 

This is by far the worst hosting there customer service is as bad as there hosting they have untrained staff who is experienced enough to deal with clients this is not a company that cares about your website mine has already been infected with there hosting Don't go with them if you have any business online they will mess up your website and when ask for help you will get unexperience staff who will not help you
