This place is a rip-off!!! I went in to get a flu test. I waited 20 minutes (at 8am and no one else was in the office) and then was seen by a STUDENT Physician's Assistant (no doctor was even in the building). Then they charged my insurance $330!!!!!!! After the BCBS "discount", my portion was $226! Shocking to have to pay $226 for a flu test! I called the corporate office numerous times and no one would call me back to discuss the outrageousness of the charges. And you have to pay it or else they will send it to collection agencies! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, BCBS, and the medical authorities. Don't go here, there are plenty of other urgent care providers in Hendersonville.
