This is a big ripoff.  After I purchased the book and read it then realized, I'd to better off with Weight Watchers.  The book is nothing, nothing but every day dieting. There's no fast weight loss. They keep sending e-mails which dosen't mean anything.  To top that, I was billed $97.00 that was taken out of my checking account without my authorization.  Can't get through to them an advertisement pops up. I need your help PLEASE.

Obvious Misunderstanding

AUTHOR: Michael - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 11, 2011

Our program is fast and effective for real, sustainable fat loss.  While no plan can safely offer overnight success we believe that our plan coupled with the accountability and support that our trainers and community provide make your success an eventual perpetuality.  You just need to follow the program and work hard and you will succeed.

Our community has dozens of success stories that we feel stand on their own as proof that our program works.

This report claims that the consumer was charged $97 without their authorization.  The consumer signed up for a trial period which extends into full membership after the trial is completed.  Our signup procedure makes this completely clear.  After all, we collect your credit card information, a reasonable person would understand that they are doing so with the intent to pay for something.

As other respondents have pointed out, we have a full time, fully staffed customer service department that is here to serve you.  One thing they could have helped you with was taking advantage of our 100% money back guarantee.  There are links at the bottom over every page on the member site.  From the text of the complain the consumer was attempting to contact us via a sales page which is not designed to assist in these situations.

All of the details on how to access the program and contact customer support were provided with the program materials.  Hopefully, by now you've read the material and now have the tools you need to get your problems resolved.  If not feel free to contact us and we'd be more than happy to help you.

Apparent misunderstanding

AUTHOR: Trueblade - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, October 06, 2011

I have been on the Fast Track to Fat Loss website for over 2 years and have not had any trouble in billing (including changing credit cards).  When signing up, there is a clear indication that a free (Silver) membership can be had for absolutely no cost although certain aspects of the website are turned off.  I had upgraded to a Gold quite a while ago that gives me further tools like customized workouts and meal plans that my trainer provides feedback towards.

On the main page at the very bottom is an email link for info@fasttracktofatloss.com that I have used before and am sure your situation would get resolved.

I believe your intent on "fast weight loss" is misunderstood and I believe Weight Watchers is probably somewhat similar.  The meal plans on the Fast Track website are not "everyday dieting" but eating healthy and understanding the role of protein vs simple carbohydrates vs starchy carbohydrates vs fibrous carbohydrates vs fats throughout the day.  Food-wise, it is a much more sustained approach...after all, I've now been doing it for over 2 years.

Since joining the website, I have lost just over 40 pounds of "weight" but even more of fat.  That is, I have lost fat, but at the same time gained muscle.  I would hope that perhaps you reconsider looking at the materials and the website to see that it is about healthy eating, exercise, plus trainer and community support for sustainable improvements to your body and mind.  Otherwise, I believe the email address above should help you resolve the issue.
