Hi Cindy. Thank you. Here is the story. and yes I’ll take any help I can get. We want our money back. 

Had the worse experience with @FatCowboyTaxiService. They are Not U.S. Department of Transportation compliant. He sent us a unsigned contract. We’re moving everything is packed, we ask if we could give contract when we picked up horses.  Owner said fine. We sent him deposit via Zelle as he wanted because he says Zelle is the only money app that does not report to IRS. He said we did not need health certificates to move horses from Texas to MS, we believed him. 

Bad weather came, we called owner the day before pick up and ask if we could Reschedule. He was very nice and understood. He was still at his previous drop off. 

When we reached out to reschedule his price went up 2000.00. He advised us the original pick up date price was based on a fill. We were quite surprised, he did not mention this when we originally scheduled. We advised him to please just forward our deposit back. He said No that we canceled. Since we paid by Zelle we had no recourse. 

When my husband spoke with owner Joseph “Ben” Holt, Mr Holt cursed my husband out and used F bombs in every other word. No more nice guy, hateful, nasty disrespectful. 

Several people have reached out to me and advised they had a horrible experience also. 

Mr Holt and his wife JoJo basically stole our money, did a switch and bait. Every time the man crosses. State line he’s breaking the law. His business is out of Georgia, he travels to Texas often hauling cattle. Which explains why his trailer is so filthy per previous client.
