Was contacted about mortage modification, said they would take care of the whole process for an up front payment of 1200.00. I was leary of this since I never do ACH transferes on line. I paid gave her all information needed.
They sent papers to martage company that were all out dated, I ended up giving them everything needed. Said they have never been contacted by third party and were sorry I had been swendled. I am now waiting to see if this can be done.
These girls are good and fast talkers. Their names are refrenced in another report on this site under realestate.

Upon further conversation with Faye Kantner I have made a big mistake in my judgement. We have resolved our issues. And I appologize for any inconvience that I have caused to said party.

Here I played the fool once more. Retraction was written on the promise of us receiving our money back. Faye sent what looked like legal papers to sign, we signed and returned in the alotted time. Check has yet to be sent. Said it was up to the invisable accounting department. Oh yes I forgot to mention the fact that for the last two months this Credit Care Group has tried to take money out of our checking account by presenting forged checks with our name on them and no signature required. I apologise to any one who has been taken by them after reading my retraction all I can say is watch your checking accounts since they are trying to get small amounts so you don't notice. And watch out for the fast talking crooked tounged young ladies on the other end of the phone.
