This dealership claimed a profit loss but found out differently from previous owner. Finance dept. extended my financing contract by 3 months without my consent costing me an additional $1300+. A/C will not work on "Certified" truck after 3 attempts. GM will not release parts. Got to drive truck 4 out of 40 days after purchase. Worst buying experience ever.
