I am a small business owner who has been shipping Fedex for almost 10 years now and I spend $10,000 a year shipping through fedex sending almost 1000 packages a year, so I consider myself an expert packager by now.

I normally drop off my packages at the 6313 Running ridge North Syracuse location,  and at times Erie Blvd Fedex Office with no problem and always with the most amazing customer service at both I am known well at those two locations and enjoy the staff very much.  But my house is closest to the Fedex Office in North Syracuse in Northn lights plaza and occaisonally I am close by and want to drop off packages,  and everytime I try to drop off a packages the clerk picks them up and shakes them real hard and if he hears any movement refuses them stating it is not safe to ship out unless I purchase more filler.

I kindly state that the item is doubled boxed with bubble wrap and it is unbreakable,  yet they don't care,  So I have to take all my packages and drive to the other North Syarcuse location and drop off with no problem.  At first I thought it was just a new employee not having the common sense of sensing a safe package from a non safe packaged box,  but this happaned to me again the next time with a different employee who also shook every box I brought in and told me which ones she would take and which ones she couldn't.

I told her as well that my packages are safely packaged doubled boxed!  and with buble wrap and the ones she hears slight movement inside is non breakble,  and I also stated in 10 years of shipping fedex and spending $10,000 a year on shipping I have never had to claim a damged package andthat should be my proof as well that I do know how to package a Box!

Yet they didn't care so I took my packages and the ones she said were on cause I don't ever want to leave anything at this fedex again,  and brough them to the kind other fedex with awesome service who took them with no problem.

F- for customer service at Fedex Office at Northern Plaza,  the only thing preventing me from switching completely to UPS is the other Fedex Location of running Ridge Road in N. Syracuse have great customer Service.
