Beware, the owners of this company are former Regional Managers for GSA1000.  They learned the lingo and marketing techniques on how to sell the service over a six month period. Over 25 Regional Managers were trained to operate an outside sales force but they all quit when the program went to commission sales only.

These two and several other managers have opened their own companies all across the country. I have heard of one in St. Louis, Missouri. Another in Atlanta, Ga. and this one in Ohio. This particular company lists thier corporate address as being in Washington, D.C. so I went to the address listed on a recent trip and found out they DO NOT have any office space there nor are there any employees present.. The receptionist told me they pay a monthly fee to use the address. Red flag on credibility.

There is another company in Ohio "Government Contract Services" which seems legit so Federal Contract Services may have chosen a similar name so as to create confusion. Very few of these former managers has any experience in actually dealing with the Federal Government in any capacity.

Any consumer or business should always check out a prospective service provider thoughly before any money changes hand. Talk to actual business owners who have worked with the company. If they don't have verifiable years and years of experience obtaining government contracts for their client...walk away. There are many legitimate and experienced companies out there so don't waste your time or your money.

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Looks like this is a competitor trying to make us look bad

AUTHOR: Jeremy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 14, 2012

Our company received a message from a web reputation company that alerted us to this posting and offered to charge us to get it off.  I guess I should thank them for doing this however I am wondering if this is some sort of bait and switch routine.  I dont know about the legitimacy of this site goes but since I was drawn to it I figured Id drop a response.

As for the poster of the message: It looks like you are a competitor trying to stir some controversy up to defame our company.  Its clear that youre not a customer with a complaint but rather someone who has knowledge of this GSA 1000 company and its employees.

I am happy to say that our reputation speaks for itself.  We have happy customers who get what they paid for.  Its a settling feeling and makes responding to slander of this type very easy.

None of what you have posted here is accurate.  Neither of the partners for this company ever worked for GSA 1000.  We are in no way connected with that company.  Anyone who wishes to learn about us can visit our website or our individual linked in pages.  We have plenty of data about our history listed there.

You must have gone into the wrong office building looking for our company.  I say this because everyone who visits the office is greeted by not 1 but 3 front desk reception people.  If you were to have come to our office with or without a scheduled meeting there would have been a procedure that the front desk staff would have had to take.  Since you didnt leave your name (very sketchy) we would not have a way to validate whether you ever truly visited our facility.  If you truly did come to our building in Washington you would not have been allowed to just come in and check out our offices.  And by the way everyone who does not own an office building has to pay a monthly fee.

Anyone who would like to meet with us please feel free to schedule a meeting at our office in the same way that everyone who is involved in business does.  At a minimum we can give you a list of fun things you can do in Washington should you ever decide to return.

As a final note to the poster: We would like to request that you remove your comment as it appears to be an effort to defame our company.  If you choose not to do so we will take all of the legal steps possible to find out who you are and take whatever lawful action we can.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Federal Contract Services is NOT like GSA1000

AUTHOR: Joe Grace - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 13, 2012

I did work for GSA1000 for a period of time.  I also know the owners of Federal Contract Services.  I can tell you from real time experience these two companies have nothing in common when it comes to serving clients and ethics.

Federal Contract Services is a wonderful company that helps clients all over the country achieve their goals of doing business with the Federal Government.

The people at Federal Contract Services are honest, ethical and hard working individuals whose objective is to connect folks just like them with opportunities that may exist within the Federal Government.

I highly recommend Federal Contract Services!

Joe
