The references are great (ex Generals - all the references claim to be Retired Generals) then he ask for $2,500. He makes a few phone calls (2 or 3), keeps the $2,500 and does absolutely nothing for you. This is a Ripoff! Keep your money and stay away from David Morgan II. He is exploiting small businesses wanting to do business with the Federal Government. David even claims that he attended the Naval Academy and that he played football at Annapolis. He did not. David Morgan II is a Con Artist!
