I hired this company August 2011 to complete a U.S. waiver form for my boyfriend. We dealt with Alex Keeling. We were told the entire process would take a couple of months. Several months went by, and in early 2012 I decided to contact the company. It is now November 2012 and we have still not received anything. We have called and emailed, and no one gets back to us.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. They advertise that they are paralegals, but when you do a search you will find out that they are not paralegals.

federal pardons canada alaxander keeling carla lopez i applied for a pardon , i was told it would take 6-8 months before i recieved pardon. after 6 months i called to see how it was going. i was told ok, they had to send me paper work, i phoned 3 months later and was told it was sent, alexander keeling told me he would send again, i waited a couple of month and asked where the paper work was? alexander told me he sent it., then he told me would send it again, guess what, i never recieved it. i phoned hom and told me to email the paper work to me.i waited 2 days, no email. i phoned federal pardons canada twice with no answer. i called back about 10 seconds later on a phone number alexander didnt recognize. he answered first ring. i asked him why he didnt answer when i called on the other line. he wouldnt say. i told him if i didnt have paper work in my email in the next 5 minutes i was phoning rcmp. i recieved paper work in email within 5 minutes.it has been 27 months since i appied for pardon. i still havent received. their phones are disconnected.i have repor toronto ontario
