went to gas station in healdsburg california august 5 driver who delivers the gas made big mistake put diesel into unleaded gas tank many cars broke down on 101 freeway. waiting for three weeks car in shop.insurance company does not want to take responsibility not returning phone calls from my insurance company or vw dealership please help me in any way possible will be very grateful, please post your suggestions below.

I think I would ask the service stations manager what the name of the fuel servicing company is and go after that company for any kind of damages, but that's just my opinion. Ultimately; about your claim to your insurance company, it is your responsibility to put the correct fuel in your own vehicle. They have a legitimate reason to not to want to compensate your claim.
