Feinberg Lending Group Collateral Loan Scam Sacramento California

 Called me and said I was approved for a collateral loan of $3,000. The collateral was $450 or 5 payments on the loan. I sent the money expecting my loan to be deposited into my account, but was told that my credit score had dropped so they needed another $450. Stupidly, I sent it. Then they say I have to purchase insurance for $400. That's where I drew the line and told them that they either deposit my loan or refund my $900 immediately. They have not refunded me at this point, and say I will receive it around August 24. I want to sue but don't know if a lawyer would take the case and I don't have any money left to hire one.
