Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Decided to go the CFC route with all my household light bulbs. I bought 2 packages of Bright Effects Item #82382. a total of 4 bulbs. One of the bulbs burned out in 30 minutes. The company does not respond to email or messages left on their customer service line. I bought them at Lowes. Shame on Lowes for selling a shoddy product from a company that doesn't back up the guarantee on the package.
