 Hired this contractor for the installation of a Fence, told me that he or Co mixes concrete then pours it in to support the Post, have asked for my reciepts and have not recieved as of yet, same with signed contract never recieved them either.

Contractor showed me paper work but he took it when he left, have no copies and ive phoned left messahes e-mails
