This is a Law Firm that collects for medical bills, credit cards, well I owed a bill set up payments over paided, they sent e 2 checks that was returned to my bank, causing me a charge.

I contacted them and THEY WERE SO RUDE. HAD TO TAKE MY TIME TO GO TO BANK HAVE THEM FAX A PAPER ,THIS WAS VERY STRESSFUL ,TRYING TO GET THIS STRAIGHTEN OUT.

THIS IS A LAW FIRM ARE THEY ABOVE THE LAW, IN MY OPENION THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS.
