I engaged Fernando in a search to locate someone who has been stalking me so he could be served by the court.  I wired him an initial $750 to begin the background check.  Within 5 days he said he had narrowed the search and wanted an additional $1500 to cover the cost of investigators conducting 24/7 survelliance over the weekend.  Unfortunately I wired the money.  He then emailed and said he had had a car accident that prevented him from working on the case.  He did not return numerous emails or phone calls over the next 10 days - he seems to have disappeared with my money and no outcomes.
