I'm so embarrassed that I purchased from them before I read this site.

I was also ripped-off $60 for software that doesn't work. Unfortunately I paid using PayPal, and I don't have the same recourse that I would if I had purchase using a credit card.

Don't do business with ferostashbox. It's a scam!

First I purchased their CraigsList Flagger software, and it never worked correctly.

Then I posted a number of support tickets, through their website
I got 2 non-helpful replies.

When I requested a refund the stopped communicating.

I want to file a case in Small Claims Court, but their website doesn't indicate where they're located.

Adding insult to injury...

On top of everything else, they turned me over to a collection agency, even though they got their $60.00.

Even after I proved to the collection agency that Fero's Stash Box got their $60.00, they refuse to drop the collection.

The collection agency (PRA RECOVERY), is insisting I send them $210.00 to make this 'go away'.

I suppose I will just have to live with the ding on my credit report.

The "software" is a scam my friend. There is no meaningful support because the it never worked in the first place.

I'm not the only one...

I know I'll never see my $60.00 again, but if just 1 person sees this posting and decides not to purchase from Fero's Stash Box then I've accomplished something good.

If I was the only crackpot out there complaining, that would be one thing.  It only took me 4 minutes, on Google, to find a number of other complaints about this company.  (I wish I had checked before I ordered...  My mistake, and I own that.)

Their rebuttal claims I'm spreading lies...

1) I purchased their software (this is true)
2) I filed a number of support tickets (this is also true)
3) I received useless support replies (again true)
4) When I requested a refund they stopped replying (and, again true)

Honestly, the only thing I've heard from them, in weeks, was their rebuttal on this website.

I did go back and read their TOS agreement, and they claim they will turn you over to collections if you dispute the credit card charge.  Again I have to own the fact that I purchased before I read their TOS.  But, a business model that counts on people clicking through the TOS (like most people do) is not the stellar business model that I would want to do business with.

It must be significantly easier to rip people off, than it is to hire qualified software developers and fix their product.  If it worked as advertised, I would be the first person recommending their product.

I just don't understand the big deal of refunding someone's money if they aren't happy with your product.  But I must live in a different world that appreciates the difference between right and wrong.

Another user spreading defamation

AUTHOR: Fero''s Stash Box - (United States of America)

This customer has been spreading derogatory & defaming lies about us across the internet, and is now harassing our payment processor, web host, and domain provider.

Apparently this guy never tried the free demos we provide, didn't even glance at the TOS that is agreed to several times, and then complains after buying & using the software with a registered license.  Now he's claiming scam and fraud, trying to defame us, but never accepting responsibility for his own actions.

We've had very few people try this "fraud/scam" show since we've been operating in 2009.  They were all due to the same thing: not trying the free & publicly available demos, not even looking at the TOS that's agreed to several times, and then use a registered license for a while before they scream "fraud/scam".  These same users won't tell you, but they buy some of our software with malicious intent towards others.  When things don't go their way, they do everything they can to lash out.
