Made and offer to buy our house, we accepted the offer and they sent a contract the next day which we forwarded to our attorney. Process was moving along smoothly with a closing date set. I opened the house for them on several occasions for their contractors to come in to create estimates.
Shortly thereafter, they reduced their offer saying that was all they could pay. Agreed to a lower price, ammended the contract and set a closing date. Opened the house for them several more times for contractors etc. when now they want the price lowered again or cancel the contract.
We had viable offers higher than their last offer, classic bait and switch. Told our attorney to terminate the contract, we will keep the house before we let these scammers have it!

We have come to an agreement to void the contract however the buyer wants the negative reviews taken down. The Ripoff Report has a policy that no reviews are taken down, only amended. While I am not happy with this, it is a small price to pay to be able to move on and get this property sold to someone else.
