August 15, 2007 received a letter from Ficka, Howard and Associates letting me know that they would be unable to collect money from an account I had sent them. I sent the check as recommended, and to my knowledge, they have not followed through and there has not been any other contact between the parties and now their fax number is being used by Blue Cross. I would like to know
