they called and told me that i'm pre-approved for an unsecured credit card and there is one time fee that i have to pay for 129.95 and i should receive the credit card within 14 to 21 business days and i never did .

They told me the money was never for a credit card it was for a package after the 21 days. the guy's name is Joe, he told me that i'm the one that should call one of the bank listed on the package so they could approve me for a credit card after they took my 129.95 dollars from my bank account. they said that they are not bank, they never issued credit card.
