Signed up to ZML for .99 free 24 hour trial to download a movie. They automatically billed my checking account 39.90 and then I got another charge from Filepie (which I did not sign up for) for 39.90. ZML said I would need to notify them to continue..then I got an email (saying it was from Filepie) to tell me I was upgraded. Both emails were from the same address. Emails I sent begging for cancellation were unanswered. I cannot afford $80 and had to cancel my bank card.

Lawyers wanting to include me in a class action lawsuit against ZML/Filepie would be welcomed.
