Financial Chemotherapy, LLC Guillermo "Gizzy" Cervano Does illegal credit repair! Fairview, New Jersey, 07022, New Jersey

I hired Financial Chemotherapy, LLC for credit repair.  I spoke with Guillermo "Gizzy" Cervano.  I payed to have my credit cleaned up and to have some tradelines added.  He delivered on both.  The problem is when I had a background check and credit check done by a job I was trying to get I was nearly arrested.  That's not the first time either.  When I applied for a mortgage through the VA they said I was turned down because I was Red Flagged. 

I applied for a gov't job that required a higher then normal security clearance with  Homeland Security.  The background check came through just fine.  It was when they ran my credit report they asked why did the credit bureaus state "information blocked due to police/DMV report?"  I said I have no idea.  They stated that they would do FURTHER research.  A day later they approach me and asked if I was a victim of identity theft.  I stated no.  They informed me they were asking because the credit bureaus received police reports stating that my identity was stolen and to have the fraudulent info blocked.  Turns out all the fraudulent info was the info I payed Financial Chemotherapy, LLC to remove.  What made matters worse was someone else's name showed up under the alias's section of the credit report.  Plus there address under my previous address's.  When I was asked who this guy was I had no answers.  That is when I was informed that they were turning my info into my local district attorneys office.

So according to my local DA someone is in violation of the Credit Repair Organization Act Section 404.  So far I have been lucky enough to prove that it wasn't me but Financial Chemotherapy, LLC since they are the ones I hired.  PLUS, impersonating an officer for making a FAKE police report.  What a total nightmare, right?  It gets worse!!

At the same time this is going on I am trying to get a mortgage through my VA benefits.  Well I get a phone call stating it was a NO.  They said that my credit report was Red Flagged.  WHY?  Because of the tradelines that I bought.  The other persons name and address's showed up which I had no relation to or even knew.  So they to informed my local DA's office.  Now I have another charge of Credit Fraud floating around and hopefully it lands on Financial Chemotherapy, LLC. 

Please be very skeptical when using any credit repair company and DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY.
