Financial Crime Enforcement Network /Michael Brown and Joesph Brown Threaten that they had an arrest warrant and that they tried to contact me which they never did. LOS Angeles California

This so called company sent me an email saying that they have tried to contact me to get hold of me and thet have sent me notices. They said there was a proceeding on March 8, 2015 which I never heard anything about. They said they have an arrest warrant. I have looked up the Michael Brown and the company name and I have seen others who have been scammed by him.
In the email it said, the clink on the link below to make a payment.
