This company basically claimed they could lower all of my interest rates on my student loans and credit cards and after paying their $1091 fee i kept having trouble contacting anyone on my case. I decided to cancel this agreement because they said it was "guaranteed". I kept being transferred to a managers voicemail and never recieved a call back. Now, the company's lines are all disconnected.
