Ten months ago I responded to add regarding debt reduction through negotiation. I paid about three thousand into the program. I was dealing with foreclosure and thought that this would reduce my debt load. To date they have not contacted one of my creditors. they took about $2200.00 in Administration and maintainance fees.
I canceled and contacted the creditors myself. I made several attempts to have my money refunded. I aksed them again and again to fax or email the copies of the contract where I agreed to these terms. They will not send me the papers and have not returned a penny to me.
